The Supreme Court’s “shadow docket” has cast very different shadows depending on which party holds the White House.

When lower courts blocked Trump admin policies, SCOTUS intervened on an emergency basis to lift those orders in 77% of cases.

For the Biden administration, that number was 0%.

there were a couple of scenes that i felt in my soul.

then the review embargo lifted
and the word was unanimous:
“marvel finally took itself seriously”
so i gave it a shot.

- Health care and college are free.  

- The starting wage is $22/hr.

- Paid parental leave is 1 year.

- Paid vacation is 6 weeks.  

- All workers get pensions.
