If the majority had any valid basis for taking that action (relating, say, to the breadth of the District Court's preliminary injunction) it did not appear on the face of the Court's unreasoned or-der. See id., at _ (order) (slip op., at 1); id., at (SOTOMAYOR, J., dissenting) (slip op., at 18). That order simply signaled that the President could carry on, even in the face of a conflicting statute. So too does this order, and with the same lack of care. The majority has acted on the emergency docket—with "little time, scant briefing, and no argument" —to override Congress's decisions about how to structure administrative agencies so that they can perform their prescribed duties. By means of such actions, this Court may facilitate the permanent transfer of authority, piece by piece by piece, from one branch of Government to another. Respectfully, I dissent.

Definitely one of those “I had no idea until I/my family member/partner was in the ER” impacts of T1D. I think maybe because it’s on the more complex end of the “ways T1D kills you” spectrum? But definitely needs to be more well known

Disappeared games are definitely weird. That was one of the saddest parts transitioning from AAA console/PC to mobile. So many games never to be seen/played again

Yupppp. Plus wealthy, retired folks have far more time & resources to spend advocating than working folks with long commutes. So their “grassroots groups” are over-represented on street corner signfests and council meetings (ofc you do a great job rallying more of us to show up! 🙌)

Just adding to a popular thread, learning basics of using an AED is as effective, if not moreso, than basic CPR (when an AED is available, as is the case in airports, transit centers, hospitals etc)

Learn basic AED, always call 911, and administer AED, and you can save a life

Always good to be wary and I also dislike generic “diabetes” headlines. But this treatment is specifically for Type 1 Diabetics with no self-producing insulin capabilities

What were they actually gonna do here? Ask every brown-enough person for their papers to go to the fucking baseball game?

This is the most slam-dunk, anti-American thing I can think of. You need a passport to go to a Major League Baseball game now? Malpractice not to make a huge deal out of this.
