In Jan 1999, I spent a day in the Tent City in Ft. Lauderdale FL, talking to residents. South FL gets a lot of homeless ppl in the winter. It sometimes gets cold here but rarely fatally cold like up north. There are reasons some ppl balk at restrictive homeless shelters.

He diplomatically said it was to have more time with his kids instead of 2 demanding jobs. But he's smart enuf to know CBS is deadly to journalistic integrity. The New Faux Noise.

When I was a kid in early 1950s St. Louis, I read a PSA posted on a city bus: "ECIDUJERP is PREJUDICE spelled backward. Either way it doesn't make sense."

That message stuck with me.

I've already read accounts from ER staff about things they had to remove from rectums. I can understand cucumbers 😆, but who knows what these recommendations are for.
