But there is one thing I know about Bingo: he's obsessed with his self-cleaning litterbox. It starts moving and he can't help trying to hitch a ride in it or on it as it moves. Of course, the litterbox stops when he does this because that's mildly dangerous. And it sends an alert to my phone.

Another piece of advice that isn't necessarily about interviewing but just good practice in general: keep learning. You're not done with that. Take a class. Read a book. Join a writers group. You will get better, and you will be more competitive.

If I was going to give anyone any advice for interviewing for narrative design positions, the first thing I would recommend is to be able to articulate your process--in developing characters, flow, and dialogue. There's no correct process. I just want an applicant to have one.
