Took them to a rescue centre today, they should be well-looked after there. Took one more snap of them before I boxed them up. They really are cute. I hope they make it.

Been clearing out a huge area of grass/weeds at the front of the house today when I heard squeaking at my feet. Looked down and saw these precious 3 babies just out in the open. No sign of their mother despite searching, so we'll have to wait until night to see if she makes an appearance.
