Nem Putin teve coragem de fazer algo do tipo. Trump, novamente, quebra qualquer maquiagem de legalidade. É o brutalismo geopolítico em sua forma pura. O direito pela força. E sua nova doutrina de segurança já anunciava: a América Latina como alvo.
