Both დღეინდელად and დღედმდე mean "up to today." In the Georgian version of the Greek List of Armenian Catholicoi that Garitte published (CSCO 132), these two words just translate μέχρι τῆς σήμερον (§ 26).

I didn't know the second element here, the plant-name /mer(e)ce/ "march, smallage (wild celery)." The -age of smallage ult. < Latin /apium/ "parsley, celery" 🌱
