If you knew anything about Oregon you would know we aren’t a state with a lot of billionaires. I think we have only 3 of them. And this story goes out of its way to get one of their perspectives.

I pay a lot of taxes here and graft and corruption concern me. Police settlement payments are neither graft nor corruption. It might be indicative of poor training and/or personnel selection. “Pet projects” could be corruption, or just projects some people disagree with.
