it's a really strange time for the negotiations because of the five expansion teams coming in the next five seasons. the league needs to balance keeping the current owners happy without risking any new or potential owners backing out.

i'm not sure we'll get a full season but you're absolutely right that the players have all the leverage. i think we may see more concessions from the PA on either revenue share % (currently proposed 28% down from 30%) or pregnancy/housing protections but they'll get what they want for the most part.
