my kid is 16 months old. we limit screen time (who doesn't?) but ms rachel's show is magnetic to him and i'm more than comfortable w/ him watching it. he can't look away when she's on. it probably isn't a coincidence that kids are drawn to a person with her empathy and view of the world.

Anywho, not fighting with people on social media really does help your skin and a side effect is that you have more mental and spiritual space to devote to actual action.
