It’s short for Ms. Furbottom, a name we got from a cat in a cartoon who just shows up in someone’s yard and stays, which is what our little girl did. But Furball is a really good guess!

Today is our 23rd anniversary! I've actually known her for 25 years, but Xan and I have only been married 23 years. Pretty great to have been able to share a life with the best person I know for nearly a quarter of a century!
