I'd like to further ponder the first part of the original question, "What is up with the Supreme Court....." I feel we have a biased, corrupt (not-so) Supreme Court. What Congress do to help SCOTUS accountable and what can an individual American citizen do?

There are no adequate words to express my disdain for the majority justices of the not-so-Supreme Court.
