I watched Weapons this morning. I liked the part where Thanos and Silver Surfer were arguing then Wong swooped in and attacked.

Watching Fantastic Four again. One thing I didn't like about the movie was how Galactus had that goofy smile on his face the entire time he was lumbering through Manhattan. He's not the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

I'm watching Superman for only the second time. I wanted to see it a second time in the theater, but it didn't work out. I'm sure I'll watch it several more times after this.

This is the quickest order of comics I've ever got. Most of these just came out yesterday!

I just watched Thunderbolts* or New Avengers, or whatever. I knew they killed Taskmaster. I knew they were going to kill her before it even came out. But she was never even part of the team. She never even met Bucky. It's like they threw her in the movie to tie up loose ends.

I figured I ought to read this before next year's Supergirl movie.

I had a few minor gripes about Fantastic Four, but overall, I liked it. It seems like in both this universe and in the new DCU, there's no restrictions. Anything goes.

Back at the movies again.

I'm not going to spoil anything about #Superman, but it's a good feeling knowing nothing can get spoiled for me.

Just got my tickets for #Superman tomorrow at 2. Pretty sure this will be the earliest I've ever seen a new movie.

This week's and last week's new comics. DC struck back this time.

This is the book I didn't think I was gonna get from Instocktrades that I eventually did. I missed it when it first came out, but I always wanted to read it. Paul Levitz writing Avengers? And with Alan Davis art? Sign me up!

New comics. All Marvel too. That's the first time that's happened in I can't remember how long.

I ordered a couple books from Instocktrades a while back. They sent one and said they were out of the other. But they'd send it as soon as they got more in. But I didn't think they ever got more in. Yet I just got an email saying it's now on the way.

Since this is the summer of Superman, I figured I should read some Superman.

So I've been binging the Flash. And I guess I didn't notice it the first time around because I watched it by itself. But seeing it with the other seasons, his neckline in season 5 really bothered me. I'm glad they got it fixed by season 6.

There's a sequel for Justice League VS Kong VS Godzilla? How have I heard absolutely nothing about this?

I haven't taken him out of the package yet, but I don't believe so. Probably better if it doesn't. Be easier to lose if it did.

If you'd told 11 year old me I'd someday get a Jay Garrick Super Powers figure, I probably would've shit myself.

I was on Amazon looking for the Jay Garrick Super Powers figure and came across these guys. I couldn't resist. Jay is also on the way too.

I've long been a fan of Marvel's Epic Collections. But the trade dress and vibrant colors really make DC Finest stand out on the book shelf.

Just read Avengers Assemble #5. I had no idea that was the final issue till I got to the end. Was this always supposed to be a mini or was it just cancelled?

It's different, that's for sure. I guess I must like it okay, it's usually one of the first books I read when I get them. Maybe just to see what they do next.

I got backed up on new comics, so last week I ordered about a month's worth. After shipping delays, I finally got them last night.
