...current lack of access to material conditions or resources that help ppl be confident or outgoing in their social environment kinda reinforces that layer, that makes me feel removed from, talking to or interacting w other ppl on that level. i dont have a solution, but i do need to log off.

idk it just feels like a lot of you have these hefty expectations of what a partner needs to be to be 'worthy' of you but if that partner lost their job, as is very possible for just abt any reason under current systems, it just feels like you'd fold on them.

what i need to come to terms with, maybe, is that the type of woman i have to be, going forward, just doesnt align with whoever's whims. anyone but mine, really.

If you feel like you’re uncomfortable or don’t know to behave or don’t know the right thing to say around or about trans people, trust me the solution is simple. Make trans friends, be upfront about your shortcomings and feelings, and be open to criticism and change. Never fails. I’m proof of that.

practice thinking from the perspective of other ppl. consider where they're coming from, why a piece might resonate w them.

this will help you differentiate between "not for me" and "it isn't good". be kind with the former, don't fear the latter!
