Today, while eating my lunch, I watched a dove in my yard bring twig after twig to build a nest. Watching it brought me so much joy. 🐦 🪺

But as a nurse I can confidently say he would be one of the worst patients ever and I wouldn't want anyone to have to care for him in that state.

As we age, pride prevents many people from acknowledging their risk and taking any action at all.
