Defense: (something about Subway orders?) It's hard to follow what he's saying. Says plaintiffs got information about sandwiches from third-party vendor.

Now Judge McNally is reading the order on discovery to him

There was a time when US Attorneys were the best of the best. That is clearly no longer the case.

Defense: Some of this information has not been produced in the manner that they want, but ... and now he's just rambling about the burden of producing discovery.

Says they have turned over "some documents."

McNally: That doesn't answer my question.

McNally: Points to interrogatory asking about food service and showers inside Broadview.
"What is the problem with answering that question?"

Defense is saying something about not as many people being inside the facility negates the need for information.
