A day after Judicial Review coasteeing continues on nesting site, trespass & disturbance. But @nationaltrust.org.uk allow access from their land

We're back in court at Haverfordwest for the second day's hearing on our judicial review against Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority's decision to permit an outdoor adventure centre nr Ceibwr Bay, which we argue breached the Habitats Regs. Fab local support from @cadwceibwr.bsky.social

A second day in court today with @wildjustice.bsky.social so grateful for the opportunity to try to give Ceibwr bay the proper protections to save the birds and seals that call this special place home.

Coasteering in appropriate places fine. BUT what if the route taken crosses private land without permission and is too close to breeding oystercatchers. Thanks to Pembrokeshire Coastal forum for sharing disturbance sounds on Monday, today’s video tells its own story.

Peaceful at the bay today - Curlew, Oystercatchers, Kestrel, Choughs, Razorbills, Fulmars, Guillemots, Barrel Jellyfish, Bottlenose Dolphins all spotted :)

What’s going on @nationaltrust.org.uk ?
Trespass, breach of Pembrokeshire Marine Code, disturbing wildlife, breaching concordat, abuse to community allowed from your land. Again. Again. Again. As a landowner you have a legal responsibility to protect this SSSI and triple SAC. Again no enforcement.
