Elected officials are recognizing the need for this movement. Now is the time to double down and share the word all throughout your communities. We need the people calling for a strike, officials, unions, organizations.. and weโre getting there. Keep fighting.

Here are some ways you can stay active in helping prepare your community to strike back! Start or join a general strike regional chapter. Local mapping of resources to share with the collective. Starting or joining a mutual aid or timebank. Help with outreach by building the GSUS coalition and partnering with other groups and organizations aligned with Strike Demands or Strike Needs. Small businesses and non-profits can assist with funding or providing resources to the movement. Start or join a housing/land co-op. GSUS is interested in creating intentional communities for members. Join or start a political education class to help raise the collective consciousness. Help develop apps, websites, platforms, and cybersecurity for GSUS and coalition members. Support GSUS partners and coalition members' initiatives, events, and projects. Start or join a community garden, farm, food pantry, or food co- ะพั. Practice bartering and trading, or set up a community free store. Start or join a community defense program, community de-escalation program. Start or join a community cop watch program. Help start a fundraiser for GSUS strike funds, tools, and resources. Interact with us on social media comment, like, share, and collaborate! Print and post GSUS flyers and pamphlets. Share them at events, protests, and community third spaces.
