I didn’t notice until the 10th loop that the “fence” is just a clamped board. There are about 5 catastrophic things I could see happening here that could be anything from a lot of stitches to a whole hand, to a blade in a sternum. I don’t even want to guess the most likely failure to occur first.

Otherwise, you can can do rise (B) divided by run (A) and click the Tan-1 to get your degrees. That matters for tool settings miter saw/sled. You’ll be using that degree measurement or 90 minus that measurement set your angles for cuts. I recommend doing this in a digital program or piece 3/

A is where inside of the leg touches the ground draw a line to where a plumb bomb would touch the floor from the inside top of the leg. Between A and B, your angle is 90*, 2 measurements of length and that degree are enough to plug into an internet calculator. 2/

I’m assuming, since the legs look to be 45 degrees rotated compared to the top, you’re using the same angle for rake and splay?

Think of a triangle where the length of the inside face of the leg is your C measurement, your B is floor to top of leg, your A 1/
