Attending a wedding this past weekend when I realized nobody was taking photos! What? No way! I ran to the car and grabbed the camera. This cannot stand! Photographer friends and family: always prepared for emergency photo sessions!

Reuters photographer Jonathan Ernst noticed that Bondi flipped open a file during the Senate hearing and he zoomed in.

Inside were her crib notes for attacking the senators.

Our Governor removed the new restrictions, so there were zero issues for us here in Michigan.

Of course, I live near Detroit, and can't speak to the attitudes in more rural areas of the state...

Reminds me of going to the McMath Observatory in Lake Angelus, Michigan. Very cool place. Solar observatory built back in 1929. Of course, there's now a huge outlet mall down the road that never turns it's lights off, so the sky is not as star filled as it once was...

Plus it's a university campus, so security cameras everywhere.

Capitalism requires taxation as part of the system. The idea that capitalism can exist without taxation is propaganda spread by those that do not believe in capitalism.

A once well published friend claimed he "hated writing, but enjoyed having written." Of course, he also said he only wrote when depressed, and he stopped writing after getting married. Curious how many writers that don't enjoy it keep at it?

We had breakfast with Armin Shimerman twice at cons simply because he was eating breakfast alone. He was happy to have company and conversation. I think it helps if everyone, including the celebrity, is not in transactional buisiness mode and open to friendly interaction.

Totally identify. Hurt myself and I can't walk for more than 5 minutes at a time. The thing I'm missing most right now is going for a hike in the woods!

I wish the Dems had recounted one purple state, if only to take away any doubt.

I keep trying to disconnect at home, but no luck. I do week long retreats where there's no wifi and cellular. The impulse to reach for the phone remains, but days are so much nicer when the phone just dosn't work!
