The site of the Roman building in #Carlisle has been reburied but hopefully the team will be back in 2026. Frank and the team managed 3 separate digs here this year, the site will be shown on Digging for Britain (times to be announced) I hope to get a round up Video out soon

This remarkable section was exposed including a cut showing the early turf wall which was rebuilt in stone during the later 2nd century.
