His partner is Rita Simons, whom he married in December 2014. He also has a daughter, born 1996, from a previous relationship with singer Sinead O'Connor."

A couple weeks ago it told me John Waters had a daughter with Sinead O'Connor. After further research I determined that it got him him mixed up with John Waters the newspaper columnist.
