Monotherapy switching to Raitch-Margie cycling. First, in the orange trace, is 4mgEEn weekly; the blue trace is 2.5mgEV/3.5d, dropping down via one missed dose to set up for 5mgEV ovulatory spike and resuming emulated cis female cycles.

After six complete cycles, I switched to enanthate monotherapy — 4mg weekly (orange trace). I completed three months of that, then switched to 2.5mg EV twice a week. At the end of this cycle, I will transition back to R–M cycling. Valerate makes switching back MUCH cleaner.

Lisa, I can sadly relate. I'm a survivor of severe coercive IPV, *in the past century,* and the fallout hasn't stopped. Solidarity; and do not yield a nanometre to that monster. I attempted to seek a reasonable compromise, and was thrown in the wood chipper by everyone else.
