P86-90. Comparator for gender reassignment discrimination for a trans woman would be a cis man; not a cis woman.

By excluding her, they've treated her the same as the comparator - so not discrimination based on gender reassgnment.

Oh I absolutely wouldn’t blame the authors, I’ve only lost £30. They’ve lost thousands :( and potentially lost sales from customers who can’t afford/unable to buy, etc.
