I would be inclined to agree with everything the government is doing - I am very in favour of workers rights, unions etc. however I am unemployed and this follows me around. however I know this is the argument tories would make as well (nice in theory, ugly in practice)

I think the American government should operate like that episode of the office. You walk out on a trip to new york and leave the politicians in a room to hash it out. Whilst in the episode Dwight guts everyones healthcare, it might turn out differently in practice.
