This is an interesting read. It's very much "It's all Russia", which it's not. The important take-away is that there are very large, well funded organisations gaming social media (we knew that) & *they're playing both sides* because creating division is a win for them.

Q: How did you pick your username?
A: It's in the lyrics of Tuesday's Child by All About Eve. I liked the sound of the word: eventually found it in the dictionary - as cinnabar. But I preferred my initial assumption about how it was spelt. Like @hellsop.ninehells.com that was 30+ years ago.
Let's start with this hypothesis: the success of cycling infrastructure can be measured not by how fast, but by how slowly people cycle.
Success is not enabling the fastest, most able cyclists to go faster, but to enable everyone capable to cycle safely and with confidence.
