(3/3) Most recently, I finished her poetry collection, A Lesser Love. It's divided into three parts, Heaven, War, and Love which describes the themes in her other works as well. It is so honest and so brutal at parts, full of both pain and love. 💙📚

The Liberators by E.J. Koh

(2/3) The Liberators is her first fiction work and is a family saga that elegantly intertwines multiple generations across two continents in a moving story about a divided country and family, forgiveness, trauma, grief, and love. One part (Toto ;-;) in particular hit so hard for me. 📚💙

(1/3) I first read E.J. Koh's memoir The Magical Language of Others over a year ago and she's fast become one of my favorite authors. I still go back to trace through the same few passages over and over. 💙📚

Discord has been a lifesaver for me with reading and writing. Haven't really pursued it for art, but having an engaging community is super motivating for any profession or hobby.

Had to disengage from Instagram for my own sanity. Sucks because most of my friends are there and nowhere else, so I'm keeping my account for now. Physical events have been great and rewarding, but it's hard building a base from it + very exhausting.
