Bingham resigns as Richmond utilities director Anthony 'Scott' Morris named interim director of the city's Department of Public Utilities

April Bingham stepped down from her role leading Richmond's Department of Public Utilities on Wednesday, according to a city press release.

Anthony “Scott” Morris will take over in an interim role. He's currently the director of water for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.

Really fun discussions about action, sci-fi and horror films. I'd personally recommend the ones on "Prometheus" and "Alien 3" since both films are interesting and, uh, divisive to say the least

A federal judge in Virginia ordered Friday that the commonwealth restore hundreds of registered voters back to the rolls. About 1,600 voters were removed under new processes instituted by the state in August.
