How's it printing so far?

If you can factory reset the printer see what happens if you try to print over USB with a new slicer. Also, make sure none of the sensors have disconnected. It might not be able to print because it's not getting a reading from something.

Are you using an SD card? If so and you have the right cable, what happens if you connect it directly to the PC?

If it has a screen and it's not turned on at all that could be a circuit board failure.
