Stopped at my favourite craft beer bar in Paris last night, La Binouze. Always a great tap list and an incredible range to take away. This was a hazy IPA from Montreal's Wills.

Late check-in from last night. Early in the year to be dishing out 5/5, but this deserves it. Perfect juicy, hazy, balanced DIPA from CLAG. Try and track down their beers, faultless.

Yeah, I feel like that about TIPAs and QIPAs too. DIPA is the the goldilocks zone for me! Electric and North are both exceptionally good.

Such a good brewery. I imagine they nail a QIPA.

Yuck. I had to Google and it's not a brewery I drink a lot from, but this is definitely a turn off.

Sometimes you can see a beer in a glass and just know it's a winner.

Excellent pizza there too
