This website might just be the best open-source project execution we've seen in the last decade
04.11.2025 08:24 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Years ago I swore that I would never play Fortnite. It looked stupid and childish. But it turns out there is no promise I wouldnβt break for the sake of the Simpsons.

She seems pissed off
02.11.2025 14:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Man, I love Zed. It's such an awesome editor. My only problem is GitHub Copilot just won't work right. It'll just stop thinking out of nowhere. On VSCode, it's perfect! So, I always have to fall back on Claude Code or the Gemini CLI to get any AI stuff done in Zed.
01.11.2025 10:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This website is such a cool nerd project
31.10.2025 09:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0When I come here, I get the feeling that the Internet isn't dead yet
30.10.2025 18:49 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0OpenAI is preparing for IPO at $1T valuation. Does this mean the bubble is finally going to burst?
30.10.2025 15:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0a software package registry on atproto would actually be so good
qualify things as you need: the installed name, the verified project DNS (kinda like Java), the publishing DID, the signed package record - or *some combination* of the above
99 problems and they've all been assigned Fibonacci numbers and added to the backlog.
30.10.2025 03:31 β π 244 π 31 π¬ 4 π 3I got FC26 for Switch 2. It had been a couple of years since I last played FIFA (on PS5), and honestly, I don't remember that version being much better than how this one runs on the Switch 2. It's definitely playable and enjoyable.

29.10.2025 09:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Just convinced another client to use @expo.dev! I told them "check out reactnative.dev, it recommends it for new projects."
Such a change from a few years ago. Used to be an endless battle debating pros/cons. Someone even accused me of being paid to push it! π
Grokipedia is as 'open' as OpenAI is
29.10.2025 07:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Man, what does this even mean?
29.10.2025 07:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Here we go
25.09.2025 07:38 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This is a cult. Not the type of personalist high control cult that is popular in the public imagination, but more akin to a mystery cult (these are all around us today). A cult of pivoting your business from AI-sandals to drug testing.
23.09.2025 16:35 β π 95 π 17 π¬ 12 π 5You all must pardon me but I thought I saw Bonnie Blue
23.09.2025 13:34 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It really is a great feeling if what you wrote is code
23.09.2025 11:57 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0(It hasn't always been the case tho)
22.09.2025 14:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That's what I've been saying. Lately, I enjoy writing React the most when I'm doing it on Native.
22.09.2025 14:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I would ditch my car for city driving in favour of a cargo bike, if only the infrastructure here were decent
22.09.2025 14:23 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 01. Bluesky doesnβt downrank links
2. You can choose your own algorithm from among thousands
3. The whole app is open source
This keeps it a free and open platform by design, leading to better click-throughs and traffic to your site.
We π the open web.
I have started thinking they are all organised in some way
20.09.2025 21:06 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think BlueSky does a bad job of marketing the fact that no one actually owns the platform
20.09.2025 18:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The βtech rightβ is is simply creating technical debt that someone will have to fix later if they donβt want to succumb to it
20.09.2025 10:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This might be the most pointless trade war in history. Thereβs no real reason for it, and all it will do is create unnecessary economic pain.
04.03.2025 11:06 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Maybe it's because we can properly use links here, but it feels like BlueSky has become more tech-savvy than the other platform, which I like.
05.02.2025 08:01 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0As someone who works a lot with React Native/Expo, I love how this app looks and feelsβit could easily pass as fully native. The one thing Iβm not a fan of is the TouchableOpacity effect on some buttons. We should ditch itβthat component never shouldβve been part of React Native in the first place.
