What a pain in the ASS. The new one’s plug is a little different, had to carefully shave some tabs off either side that weren’t where they should be. I saw this mentioned in the reviews for a lot of aftermarket batteries, so was prepared to do that. But I got it!

Found my GameBoy Micro recently after a long time, and it still works! But the original battery was toast. 45 minutes of gameplay tops. Time to fix that! Picked up an aftermarket battery that’s actually a little boost over the original’s capacity, 600mah vs. 460mah on the stock one.

I’ve been listening to the new Charlie Puth single Changes on repeat. Musically it feels like an 80s or early 90s Phil Collins song that could have appeared in a Disney animated feature from that time and I l over it so much. The video is just as nostalgic, like the practical effects and claymation.
