We are pretty well off, self employed, my husband isn’t sure if he can afford his insurance next year. Mine will certainly go way up. We have managed prescriptions. If we are worried, I hate to think how people less fortunate feel.

I’m pushing my kid and their partner to get passports. Doesn’t hurt to be prepared. They haven’t thought it is a big deal. But damn it, get prepared with that at least.

Make sure you keep mice away from your house. I had a snake in my house because we had mice under a bathroom. Otherwise snakes generally don’t bother anyone.
