It seems like most indie animation wants to make these super serious serialized stories. Thats understandable and I like em, but its refreshing to see a series thats commited to being more lighthearted tbh

Not to mention, the secret hunting is so much better than it was in Eternal. Secrets in that game were like "look right instead of left and find a 1 up" kind of stuff. In TDA, they're woven into the maps in a much more natural way that feels fun to find

The devs know got to actually balance the game, but are also not afraid to be silly. Modern FPS companies would never add the ice slide level, or the Bayshore as a weapon

Make no mistake, I'll keep using bluesky. I really think this app has potential, and sooner or later its gonna really pop off! And Im definetly not going back to nazi-ridden outhouse Twitter. But, as much as I root for this platform, maybe I also need to detach from the internet as a whole too.

Not to mention, only like 1 out of every ten non-take posts actually interests me. Am I only here out of some obligation to support the app? Maybe its time to take a step back and reprioritize.

Like, I have no active mutuals, I dont really get engagment, and everytime I log on Im subjected to hot takes from the terminally online. Its tiring, and I get nothing in return. At this point, Im only on here for a handful of artists, and even then its less then when I left Twitter.

To be honest with you, the more I think about it the more I kind of dislike Bluesky. The app itself it pretty good but the culture is pretty miserable. Dont get me wrong, I'll take it over nazi shit ANY day of the week, but I wonder sometimes why bother with social media at all?

Is it just me or is it really hard to get engament on bluesky? I can only average like 3 likes a post. Not that Ive ever been super popular, but Id figure itd have bumped up a bit by now. Whats the secret?
