i’m at damen/belle plaine in chicago’s north center neighborhood for an emergency anti-ice rally.

around 7 a.m. this morning, masked federal agents chased a preschool teacher *into* nearby rayito del sol and abducted her—in front of traumatized children, parents, and coworkers.

The entire right-wing propaganda machine came after Zohran Mamdani.

The president and his allies came after him.

Democratic leaders, by and large, did not have his back until the last minute.

He still won, turning out historic numbers and inspiring young voters.

His politics can win anywhere.

Pacers fans with a poor form booing Myles. I think those fans deserved that L.

A world without traffic? Three urban experts rethink how cities move Gridlock is costing us billions, but bold solutions like bus-only lanes, congestion charges and flexible work hours could get cities moving again

“But urban thinkers see another way: cities designed for people, not cars. It sounds utopian, maybe even naïve, but these three urbanists say it’s achievable if city builders are willing to take bold steps and rethink the status quo.”

If ICE agents begins harassing voters on the way to vote on Tuesday, we need local prosecutors to charge the ICE officers with state law crimes. We need to send a message for 2026 that they will be swiftly arrested.

I need this. I need to put chicken shawarma on top of it. And I need to put a dollop of hummus on top so it looks like butter. AND I need to drizzle tahini yogurt over all that.

I’d say “morally questionable” but that’s only because I hold myself in a high moral regard, but also regrettably love LA

CNN ANCHOR: As President Trump's approval ratings drop, how can Democrats harness the protest movements we see today?
HAKEEM JEFFRIES: Well I call him President Parachute Pants ok? Too much ballroom. Yet he's fumbling the ball of protecting healthcare. So I urge all Americans to obey federal agents.

Oh wow Tony romo, is Kansas City a dangerous team? Groundbreaking analysis

Fortunately, neither is Hakeem Jeffries.

Fortunately, neither is Hakeem Jeffries. So his assessment doesn’t matter any more than idk squidward or wormtongue or Denethor II, steward of Gondor

But absolutely not in the “quality” department

Probably!

Absolutely embarrassing for the Chicago brown bears to opt for flaccid prevent defense that willingly allows the go-ahead score of a 40+ point game. Fire the defensive coordinator, and honestly put ben Johnson on the hot seat

02.11.2025 21:27 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

Oh are the bears playing prevent defense? The one we all know prevents winning (by the team playing it)

Bears-Bengals:

That down-by-contact call on the INT was one of the softest calls I’ve ever seen.

The Indianapolis joneses should probably try beating a good team, in my opinion.

02.11.2025 21:20 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

No Bounty™️, but the Colts should probably beat the sh*t out of Aaron Rodgers in the interest of narrative

02.11.2025 21:12 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

I’d recommend the colts take their heads out of their posteriors, official-analysis-wise

02.11.2025 20:22 — 👍 1    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

Aaron Rodgers having this kind of game makes me want to vomit, because it’s inhumane. He’s such trash as a human.

100%. Was trying to keep it brief for character count and clarity, but absolutely truckers. And farmers, textile workers. Every labor sector that has even a whiff of a union is getting railed.

02.11.2025 20:10 — 👍 2    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

Gotta honest. This feels like loss #2 for the Indianapolis Joneses

02.11.2025 20:08 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

I really need the colts to win this game and I am starting to get upset. Because Aaron Rodgers cannot be allowed to carry on in this manner

02.11.2025 19:57 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

So so much of all of these “moves” seem aimed at nationwide union busting. Even a glance at the industries impacted most by tariffs—auto/hospitality/Amazon—reflects an alignment with either a strong union or a burgeoning union.
