My sister (who isn’t much of a reader) recently told me she’s keen to read more supernatural horror, and she’d rather read work on the shorter side (novella / short novel / anthologies). Does anyone have any recs?
Especially:
- supernatural
- fast paced and punchy
- no SA pls
- character driven

Seriously though everyone buy this book it’s incredible and I loved it

I was once told that this book - Magic, Maps, and Mischief - written by an autistic person about the autistic experience, did nothing new.

I didn't agree, and put it down to people judging worth differently.

Next up for drawtober is Troll Toll! And once again, I am facing my trifecta of illustration fears: foliage, architecture, and water 😆 It’s always good to push yourself to draw things that make you uncomfortable sometimes!
