It's hard enough to get Developers to read tickets. The more summarized the Description field is (& the less text it contains), the better. 🙂🤷‍♂️

I'm getting the magnesium & vitamin B6 in a Vital product now, called Magnesium Complex.

I am currently taking magnesium. 🙂

In 2016 I started taking a multivitamin. I needed magnesium because I was getting cramps in my legs.

In the process I discovered that if I took both magnesium & vitamin B6, it improved my focus.

My sensory overload was occurring more often. In desperation I started using a supplement containing potassium sulphate.

I've been using it for about a month. I haven't had an episode since then. I also use other mitigation strategies.

Reminds me of one in Table View. I think you can see city and the mountain from that one.
