I think I'm Team Mongolia.

The only diversity i hate is Physical ASIA adding in white people with completely different body builds than Asians

So I've managed to do Cossack Squats after doing hip mobility exercises for about a month and it's blowing my mind.

Additionally, The resistance I'd feel in bending to pick stuff up has also disappeared.

The sensei was this nice older gentleman, who was so invested and gentle that I just wanted to hug him and ask him to adopt me.

What can I say but that I recommend it. 7/10. May change after a rewatch
