Completely agree. I've often wondered how/if Dem organizations could orchestrate a mass voter education effort that put all those points front and center—noting need for Dem legislators (in large quantities) + need for time to fix complex problems.

But yeah—voters have a penchant for doing...

Lastly, my point about "rolling over" wasn't just for KH's campaign--it was for the Dems in general.
