Yes, 2 is a lie. My (neighbor's abandoned when they moved) cat died a few years back during the pandemic, and when I was younger we had 5 cats. People used to just give us abandoned kittens they would find and we'd bottle feed them and not always be able to find them homes

And yes, 2 is a lie. My cat, Chips, died 4 years ago and he was the inspiration for Allyson's cat in my horror wip
