A 2:00 AM vote to cut funding to NPR and PBS. With no exceptions even for emergency alerts. Senate and House Republicans will repeatedly choose Trump over the people.

Rural Missourians standing up today to protest the cuts to our social services and the cuts to the USDA, DOE and all the other terrible cuts that hurt rural communities.

We are protesting in Mountain Grove Missouri. Rains and floods didn't stop us!

We are all in this together.

Now is the time to fight to save democracy regardless of parties!

Democrats can and should step up and stand beside citizens to protect our country.

Lol. We like living in the middle of nowhere. But we refuse to suffer under the cuts, we can and are standing up!

Yes! Red states have to stand up and hold our reps accountable. If the politicians won't stand up then we vote them out. Turn the state purple. Heck, flip it blue!

Rural communities are so ill informed. Most people here don't know what cuts are happening or how they affect them.

We live in an information dessert out here and the GOP uses that to their advantage.

By protesting we got people asking us questions and helping them prepare.

I think we can achieve this by using a different approach, by having more of a presence in rural communities.

Many here in Wright County didn't even know Democrats existed in our county until last year.

If we can win rural counties we can flip our state.

Those of us in Mountain Grove took to the street to show our neighbors we care and let them know about the cuts and how the cuts are hurting rural Missouri.

The cuts to social services and the USDA will be catastrophic for our communities.

Now is the time! Our state used to be a blue state. We have the momentum! Now is the time to protest in rural. Flip out county seats and break the GOP super majority in our state.

Democrats have to get out and get loud! Show Me State it's time to Show Me what democracy looks like!

Now is the time for every small rural Democrat group to mobilize. It's hard out here but the momentum is with us RIGHT NOW!
