Do customers actually like this?? I prefer to be completely ignored by staff and seek them out myself if I need help. Forced smiling and conversation is dreadful.

15.10.2025 05:19 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My Linux laptops have fallen apart physically before the software was ever a problem. My current laptop is from 2019.
But I know what you're saying. My dad is going to get a new laptop because his won't update to W11.
I don't know what kind of money people are made of, but I'd rather get a few more years out of a perfectly good laptop using a different OS than spend $$$ on a new one.
15.10.2025 05:11 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As a Linux user, I politely disagree.
Of course, it depends on what you're doing. If it's word processing, spreadsheets, and internet, no problem. But people have to be willing to try a different OS from what they're used to.
I wonder if someone had a text-to-speech error...

What's the issue with this? Other than the crazy price.

People are laughing at the aioli-scented book, but smell is one of the things that e-books can never give you: a core sense that evokes strong memories and emotions, a hunger for skinny fries and dipping sauce, a deep desire to visit your favourite eatery, and even a covid test

An air purifier with a HEPA filter is excellent for filtering the pollen out of the air in your house.
Some people also benefit from wearing a respirator (P2 or FFP2 that fits well) outside when pollen is very high.
Basically anything to reduce the amount of pollen getting into the sinuses.

Unfortunately incorrect: this had nothing to do with parking and everything to do with a type of building creep.
When buildings were torn down and rebuilt, new builds often encroached and built over existing road infrastructure, narrowing the street's width. Sennacherib set up steles to stop that.
