Gates McFadden told a great story at a Star Trek convention I went to as a kid about Kermit goofing around with her props on a break between takes during her scene in “Muppets Take Manhattan” and finally she goes “KERMIT, STOP THAT!”, like straight to the frog, and the whole crew lost their shit

(My secret is simple: I do a ton of revisions, and then I send my stories to *a lot* of markets with simultaneous submissions until some editor out there decides they like my vision. :) As long as I keep track of new markets and take *very* careful notes, the system works great. 😌)

Being a Feral Artist Nomad means doing very complex calculations with three different sky scanners to find the best one-way ticket from Thailand to as close to Montreal as you can. The second leg (from Manila) will be a 16-hour flight 🤣🤣🤣 but hey, I saved $300!
