Yeah I just worry about invasive questions. People think we always "write what we know" lol and oftentimes I just think it's a neat idea for the chars.

I definitely fear the conversations I will eventually have about my writing career choices 😅 mainly not looking forward to people asking me if a) I've done the things I describe in my books or b) that I want to.
I've decided I will only "out" myself if I start doing really well and making lots of 🤑

I don't struggle with it anymore. Writing a ton of fanfic kind of desensitized me lol. I used to get worried the smut would be boring or not hot enough but I feel fairly confident in myself now. It def helps I'm writing under a pen name lol and no one irl besides a few know (cont) #smutcember

Yeah that's the thing. It sucks that it's coming down to "do I risk it or pull the plug before I lose everything."

It sucks because it's the platform I've made the most money on this year (nothing to write home about but still), esp with the bundle feature. But it really doesn't inspire confidence when I keep seeing people posting about not being paid for months. I don't know what to do atp 😩

It depends on the story, but my 2 WIPs rn are both on the fast feelings side of things lol. Tho I'd say my wlw rivals are more fast burn for sex and slow burn for love.
