Crazily, yes legible. Either genius typesetting by the printer or luck.
In a few spare moments, started to run text through a font analyser. Best fits for sample first 3:

Haven’t checked if those are of the period

Interesting, good point. I’d assumed that the local printer had used the poster to advertise his typesetting skills as much as the the sale of a large local farm and buildings
