I believe that this pipeline proposal is, literally, a pipe dream. BC and FNs will never approve it. Millions of ABs have no interest in paying for it. I suspect the majority of Canadians oppose it. It’s just a tool to pin Mark Carney.

Some of the older studies set up artificial class groupings as controls. But looked at 15-25 students. Is there any North American work that looks at classes with 35-40 students? With varying numbers of coded kids? #abed
