Good question. I have lots of dried peppers so I think I will use these fresh. They have a wonderful flavor and I love Thai food.

People who don’t get out much (read as people who have limited experience with other regions and cultures) tend to see the world as black or white, not shades of gray. This is reinforced by politicians and the MSM. That and fear, due to lack of experience, with the unknown “other.”

Thank you! I have had a garden since I was a kid and am 73 now. I missed having one as well when I lived in an apartment or on sabbatical. I even became an agricultural economist. 🙂. I picked a bunch of Marzano tomatoes this morning and am making sauce now. Smells wonderful!
