A comparison of mouse vs human tumor microenvironments shows a major difference.

Mouse TMEs have more macrophages, while human TMEs have more T cells.

Chemokine expression patterns are also different.

P hacking โ€” Five ways it could happen to you Some data practices can lead to statistically dubious findings. Hereโ€™s how to avoid them.

P-hacking

Removing outliers, using alternative statistical methods and running extra experiments are some methods that could be used to change the P-value. Be careful not to fall in this trap! Stay sceptical! Null results are a normal part of science.

Reviewers! My favorite part about living in Austria is that at random times Iโ€™ll get a letter saying โ€œoops we owe you money!โ€ from the electric company, employer, landlord, etc. My landlord randomly lowered my rent by โ‚ฌ50/month and then sent me back the difference.
