Even if it were the case that funding was abundant elsewhere, I am not so sure I'm eager to leave the country I call home and move overseas. I am willing to bet a lot of early career researchers feel the same.

I've had cheese puffs made with cricket flour which was pretty much indistinguishable from a normal cheese puff. As long as I don't see the bugs Im honestly cool with it.
