first day of gmtk done; nothing to show off just yet. mostly we just imported some menu & basic platformer code (and then spent even longer debugging it)

It'll be interesting to see if/how the jam starting mid-week and ending on the weekend affects things, compared to the previous year's jam starting on the weekend and ending mid-week. Can't wait to see all the creative ideas people come up with!
